Homer Bellew, 65, Rt. 4, Grayson, died Saturday at the residence of his sister, Ruby Bellew of Rt., 4, Grayson, following a sudden illness.     
Mr. Bellew was born Jan 30, 1911, in Carter County, a son of the late Watt A. and Effie Walker Bellew. He was a farmer.     

Surviving in addition to the sister, are his wife, Mrs. Jessie Carroll Bellew; two daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Wallace of Huntington and 
Miss Elaine Bellew of Barboursville, W. Va.; three brothers, Laverne Bellew of Dayton, O., Russell Bellew of Rt. 4, Grayson, and 
Walter Bellew of Huntington; and another sister, Ruth Hobbs of Stanton.     

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the residence by the Rev. Marcus Suttles. Burial will be in the Bellew and 
Sammons Cemetery at Rt. 4, Grayson.     

The body has been taken from the Oney Funeral Home in Grayson to the residence, where friends may call.
