Kentucky GenWeb projectWillard Eugene "Sug" Felty, age 64, of Grayson, Ky., passed away Friday, April 1, 2005, in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. Mr. Felty was born Feb. 26, 1941, in Carter County, Ky., a son of the late Leonard and Briddie Easterling Felty. He was a farmer and a saw mill operator. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, James Ardith, Clarence and Elwood Felty. His survivors include one son, Brian Eugene (and Deanna) Felty of Catlettsburg, Ky.; one daughter, Robin Jean (and Jeffrey) Bradford of Grayson; one brother, Lawrence Felty of Grayson; two sisters, Loretta Felty and Lucille Damron, both of Grayson; and two grandchildren, Kade Felty and Kaylor Felty, both of Catlettsburg. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 3, at Malone Funeral Home in Grayson by Clell Lucas, minister. Burial will be in the Felty Family Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 tonight, April 2, at the funeral home.
