Marcella Richards 

1930-2003 

Marcella Frazier Richards, age 73, of Glenwood Avenue, Olive Hill, Ky., passed away Tuesday morning, Nov. 11, 2003, in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. 

Mrs. Richards was born March 16, 1930, in Carter County, Ky., and was a daughter of the late Arthur and Nellie Kiser Frazier. 

Marcella was a co-owner of the former Richards Excavating Co. and was of the Baptist faith. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Paul Richards; one son, Kenneth Richards; one granddaughter, Amber Richards; three sisters, Hazel Bogart, Christine Tackett and Glenna Wallace; and two brothers, George Frazier and Paul Frazier. 

Marcella is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, David Richards and Mike and Joanie Richards, all of Globe, Ky.; two daughters and son-in-law, Paula and Butch Weinfurtner of Grayson, Ky., Patty Danner and Zean Smull of Clarksville, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one brother, Bill Frazier of Orlando, Fla. 

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 14, 2003, at the Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill and officiated by Clyde Holbrook and Mike Blankenship. Burial will follow in Olive Hill Memorial Gardens in Olive Hill. 

Friends may call until time of the service today at the funeral home.
