Pearl Fultz Stevens 1914-2004 Pearl Fultz Stevens, age 89, of Heritage Place, Morehead, Ky., formerly of Soldier, Ky., passed away Thursday, March 18, 2004, in St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Ky. She was born July 25, 1914, in Rowan County, Ky., a daughter of the late Calvin and Linda Burton Fultz. Her husband of 49 years and 10 months, Noah Franklin Stevens, preceded her in death on Aug. 3, 1984. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Lee Stevens in 1936; three brothers, Charlie, Earl and Coy Fultz; and three sisters, Della Stevens, Stella Stevens and Hazel Fisher. Surviving are three sons, Terry Stevens of Greensboro, Ind., Gary Stevens and his wife, Doris, of Mount Sterling, Ky., and Jerry Stevens and his wife, Atonja, of Olive Hill, Ky.; three daughters, Loretta Smith and her husband, Ed, of Hillsboro, Ky., Gaye Sparks and her husband, Jack, of Kodak, Tenn., and Diana Watson and her husband, Ed, of Elizabethtown, Ky.; two brothers, Roy Fultz of Morehead, Ky., and Willis Fultz of New Castle, Ind.; a sister, Thelma Oney of Morehead; 19 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Stevens was a homemaker and was a member of Soldier Church of God for 55 years. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 21, 2004, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals with the Rev. Gayle Price and the Rev. Elwood Evans officiating. Burial will be in Fultz Cemetery in Carter County, Ky. Visitation is after 7 tonight and anytime Saturday at the funeral home. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers
