Helen Horne - 1908-2007 Helen Horne, age 98, of Grayson, Ky., passed away Monday, March 26, 2007, in Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Aug. 9, 1908, in Carter County, Ky., a daughter of the late Watt Lewis and Mary Boggs Horne. She was a homemaker and a member of Grayson Nazarene Church. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Irene Horne, Blanche Davis and Sarah Mable Hall and two brothers, Earl Horne and Roy Horne. Her survivors include three nieces, Jeanette Rogers of Catlettsburg, Ky., Mary Adams of Grayson and Janet Smith of Kiser, Va.; a nephew, Roy Francis Hall of Grayson and a sister-in-law, Mary Horne of Rush, Ky. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Malone Funeral Home in Grayson by Delmar Rogers and Jim Harris, ministers. Burial will be in East Carter County Memory Gardens.
