CHARLES L. MAGGARD JR. Published: 3/20/2001 CHARLES L. MAGGARD JR., 80, of Olive Hill died Saturday in Southern Ohio Medical Center, Portsmouth, Ohio. He retired from the Phillip Morris Co. in Louisville. Survivors include five daughters, Elaine Maggard and Althea Courson, both of Andalusia, Ala., Connie Runyon of Georgetown, Vicki Maggard of Olive Hill and Charlesetta Holtsclaw of Lexington; one son, Anthony Maggard of Grayson; and two brothers, Woodrow Maggard and Carl Maggard, both of Olive Hill. Funeral 1 p.m., Old Oakland United Christian Church, Olive Hill; burial in Oakland Cemetery, Olive Hill. Friends may call today from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson or from noon until 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
