      Richard Marshall, 79, of Roseville died at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday at Frame Nursing Home on Blue Avenue where he had been a patient 15 months. 

      Mr. Marshall was born in Carter County, Ky., Oct. 1, 1885, a son of Thomas and Callie Weaver Marshall. He moved to Roseville in 1918. 

      Before retiring, he was employed at Brush Pottery Company in Roseville. 

      Mr. Marshall was a member of Roseville Nazarene Church. 

      He was an honorary member of Local 135, International Brotherhood of Operative Potters. 

      His wife, Jennie Marshall died in 1963. 

      Surviving are two sons, Howard Marshall of South Zanesville and Gordon of Toledo; four daughters, Mrs. Wanda Ansel of Columbus, 
      Mrs. Waneda Buchanan of Dayton, Mrs. Garnet Colborn and Mrs. Connie Blosser, both of Roseville; a brother, Emory Marshall of Roseville; 
      17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. 

      The body is at Roseville Chapel of Cannon and Cannon Funeral Home where friends may call after 7 p.m. today.
