James Elmer McGlone, 76, of Olive Hill, died Friday in King's Daughters Medical Center.

Mr. McGlone was born Aug. 5, 1920, in Michigan, a son of the late Lawrence and Margret Ann McGlone.

He was a carpenter and attended the Carter City Holiness Church. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member 
of the Disabled American Veterans and the Masonic Lodge of Olive Hill 629.

Surviving are his wife, Louise Stamper McGlone, and a brother, Lawrence Troy McGlone.

The funeral wil be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Globe Funeral Chapel by Bill Burnett, minister. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Olive Hill.
