Ethel L. Brewster Aug. 24, 1944-Sept. 16, 2007 Ethel L. Brewster, 63, 4260 Beam Road, Crestline, died at MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital, Mansfield. She had been failing health the past five years. Ethel was born in Olive Hill, Ky., to Frank Whisman, who survives in Morehead, Ky., and the late Mary A. (Mauk) Whisman. She married Willard Edward Brewster on June 23, 1960, and he survives her. Ethel loved to take pictures and take care of her flowers. She loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters Sharon and David Robinette, and Karen Fay Chambers, all of Crestline; grandchildren Jessica Surgener, Bucyrus, Lana Surgener, Crestline and Brett Surgener, Crestline; her brother William and Darlene McDowell, Muncie, Ind.,; four sisters, Jane and Ora Sparks, Gadsen, Ala., Kay and Harvey Conn, Olive Hill Ky., Lorene Brickles, Morehead, Ky., Maxine West, Muncie, Ind; three brothers-in-law, John Estill and Clara Brewster, Dayton, James Morton and Earnestine Brewster, Olive Hill, Ky., Chester Norton and Hazel Brewster, Olive Hill, Ky.; sisters-in-law Geneva Cox, Niles, Charlene Horton, Olive Hill, Ky., and Fern Fultz, Marion, Ind. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Rosie Huntsman and Elsie Newton. Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Crestline, where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Monty Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Crestline. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
