Kentucky GenWeb projectMANSFIELD NEWS-JOURNAL (Mansfield, Ohio) Saturday, July 13, 1957 Mrs. Loretta Whitt Sammons Marshall, 60, widow of Roy Marshall, of Mifflin, died at Peoples Hospital Friday evening following a heart attack. Born in Olive Hill, Ky., Nov. 15, 1896, she came to Mansfield in 1947. Surviving are one son, Clyde Sammons of Virginia Beach, Va.; three daughters, Mrs. Ira Madden of Washington, D.C., Mrs. Tony Besenti and Mrs. Elmer Baxter, both of Mansfield; one brother, Russell Lawson, and one sister, Mrs. Kim Gee, both of Olive Hill, and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. at the J. H. Finefrock and Sons Funeral Home where friends may call after 7 p.m. today. Burial will be in the Zehner Cemetery, Mifflin.
