Justine Richards (1918-2007) Justine Elizabeth Womack Richards, 89, of Olive Hill, died Friday in Carter Nursing & Rehabilitation in Grayson. She was born May 13, 1918, in Carter County. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Olive Hill. Friends may call after 6 tonight and until time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
